Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Ingram's Water & Air Equipment. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Assist with floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills for reporting issues or needs.
