Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chef to join our team in Utah. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of kitchen experience who is either a culinary school graduate or currently attending, and is eager to grow with an innovative and mission-driven brand. Must be able and willing to travel to multiple Aubergine Kitchen locations across Utah.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute high-quality meals according to Aubergine Kitchen's health-conscious recipes
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy
Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during all shifts
Uphold food presentation and taste consistency
Assist in training and mentoring kitchen team members
Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude under pressure
Requirements
5-10 years of professional kitchen experience Willingness to learn and grow Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Fluent in both English and Spanish Culinary education or certifications are a plus Willing to travel to all Aubergine Kitchen physical locations as needed On-site position; Utah County residency preferred, but not mandatory Strong experience in recipe development and improving existing ones
