Duties



Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote new offerings, or gather customer feedback Assist clients with account management tasks such as data entry, updating contact information, and processing transactions accurately Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive and productive Support client services by troubleshooting problems and offering solutions tailored to individual needs Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions Analyze customer data to identify trends or issues that can improve service quality and operational efficiency Collaborate with team members in a call center environment to meet performance goals and deliver outstanding support Uphold high standards of professionalism, including clear communication, active listening, and empathy during all interactions

Experience



Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse client bases effectively Proven sales experience or the ability to promote products/services confidently is advantageous Familiarity with data entry tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is essential Strong communication skills--both verbal and written--are critical for success in this role Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism Experience in cash handling or point-of-sale systems is desirable but not mandatory Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data for continuous improvement efforts Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
