We are seeking a Field Superintendent to join our team on a high-profile semiconductor fabrication plant construction project in Boise, Idaho. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for directing and coordinating field construction activities across multiple disciplines. The Field Superintendent will ensure that all work is executed safely, on schedule, to the highest quality standards, and in full compliance with design and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:




Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural, collaborating closely with project engineers, construction managers, building superintendents and other field superintendents. Direct the daily work of multi-plate subcontractors and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and schedules. Drive execution of short-interval plans and look ahead schedules; ensure alignment with the overall master schedule. Monitor field productivity, identify constraints, and implement corrective measures to maintain momentum. Participate daily supervisor coordination meetings, trade walks, and safety briefings. Ensure strict adherence to project-specific safety protocols and participate in safety audits and incident investigations. Monitor field installations for quality, adherence to design, and compliance with building codes and specifications. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to coordinate inspections, punch lists, and system turn over milestones. Maintain details daily field reports, progress photos and as-built documentation. Communicate progress, constraints, and labor status to the Building Superintendent. Review and provide feedback on RFIs, submittals, cost estimates, and construction documentation as it relates to field conditions. Provide resolution to design and constructability issues. Respond to client requests and/or issues and develop resolution to problems using technical expertise. Must be able to interpret and implement proper installations in compliance with all local authority permitting, codes, and site specifications. Facilitate contractor activity ensuring performance to all contractual agreements. Provide clear communication, verbally, written, and electronically. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Skills Required:




5+ years of field construction experience, with proven success overseeing civil, structural, architectural, on industrial construction projects. Demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate multiple subcontractors on complex, large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects. Experience leading daily coordination meetings, safety briefings, and trade walks, with a strong emphasis on safety culture. Proven track record in schedule management, including developing and executing short-interval plans and aligning with master schedules.

Education / Licenses / Certifications




Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related Field (Preferred) Relevant trade certification(s) (Preferred) Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
