Based in New York or D.C., the CRM Data Steward is a three month temporary assignment. This person will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s CRM system, InterAction. The position will also be responsible for sending of mass emailing using the Tikit emarketing platform. The position should have a strong customer focus, very responsive to user requests, team player, great attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm personnel.
The position will work directly with the CRM Database Manager and a team of two data stewards to complete ongoing data quality tasks within the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s CRM system, along with responding to incoming email requests from various members firmwide.
This position reports to the CRM Database Manager. The position works directly with all members of the Marketing Department along with secretaries and partners firm wide, when needed.
