CCT Nurse

IMMEDIATE HIRING! NURSE FULL-TIME Opportunity

$15,000 sign-on bonus with a full-time 18 month commitment

Pay: Annual salary starting at 95,000 to 112,000 depending on experience

We\'re hiring a Critical Care Transport (CCT) Nurse that is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and basic, as well as advanced patient care during inter-facility transportation of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Nurses assess and use expertise in each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care situations.
  • Provide care requirements aligned within the Registered Nurse scope of practice as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing and per CCT standardized procedure.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and supports physicians\' orders.
  • Act as team leader and take pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients and maintains regular equipment checks and stock.
  • Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow crew.
  • Nurses are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training required for the position.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years nursing experience
  • 3 years of current ICU/CCU/ER- Required
  • Current Washington State Nurses License.
  • Emergency vehicle operation knowledge.
  • Thorough knowledge of medical supplies and equipment in vehicle.
  • Radio Communication skills.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or Emergency Nurses Pediatric (ENPC).
  • Covid-19 Vaccination or valid exemption
  • Demonstrated ability to solve unusual problems and give articulate direction.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to employ discretion and confidentiality in sensitive areas.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions.

Salary Range: $100,023.21- $138,009.25 annually DOE. (This rate applies to 24 hour shift and average 48 per week).

  • This position is bonus eligible.
