Education and Experience Requirements:



1. Master's degree in social services or related field. 2. Must possess or qualify to obtain one of the following licenses: LPCC, LISW, LCSW or any other independent practitioner status and current license accepted by the State of New Mexico for the provision of counseling or therapy and the supervision of counselors or clinical social workers. Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in the delivery of case management or CCSS with target populations Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated supervisory experience. Must be a Regulation Licensing Department (RLD) board approved clinical supervisor Must possess or will obtain a continuing education unit (CEU) training certificate related to providing clinical supervision of non-clinical staff. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.

What will I do as the Crisis Supervisor with All Faiths?



This integrated Crisis Supervisor role provides direct supervision and clinical oversight to front-line Crisis and Client Access and Engagement/Community Support Worker (CSW) staff. This role ensures delivery of 24/7 on-site and community-based crisis intervention as well as non-crisis intake and engagement services using Treat First and CCSS practice models. Working under the guidance of the Executive Director of Client Access and Engagement, the Supervisor ensures that the team responds effectively, safely, and compassionately to individuals in behavioral health crisis and non-crisis situations. This position balances field-based leadership with office-based administrative responsibilities to maintain high standards of trauma-informed care, operational excellence and seamless integration and coordination of care.
