- Responsibility for the in-home stabilization of emotional and behavioral crises, prevention of crisis development, support in transitions of life/placement for children, and short-term case management
- Minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social sciences, social work, or related field
- Experience within Children\xe2\x80\x99s System of Care preferred. Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License required
