Are you an experienced Credit Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of credit analysis experience - preferred, but not required - who is eager to build a lasting career in Credit Analysis. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, demonstrates strong communication and time management skills, and takes pride in delivering thorough, thoughtful work that supports both our customers and our business goals.



As a Credit Analyst I, provide support to commercial lenders in credit analysis and monitoring of financial reporting with commercial customers to ensure that loans are in compliance with specific covenants, policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain loan request information from commercial lender or borrower to analyze credit information, financial statements and other related information pertaining to the loan Research background documentation and review personal and business financial statements and tax returns. Analyze financial information and prepares the preliminary analysis for the lender. Review loan files to ensure the completeness of the file and that all collateral has been secured properly. Protect BNC and our customers by strictly following laws, policies and procedures, maintaining bank security, and the confidentiality of customer information. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years experience in credit analysis preferred, but not required Strong background in accounting principles Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A desire to grow and stay long-term within a reputable, community-focused bank

Compensation:

TBD, wage is highly dependent on experience

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
