We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.

Your role

Your mission as a Credit Analyst is to analyze credit information, establish customer accounts, and initiate timely collection activities. You will resolve discrepancies, collaborate with internal departments, and provide comprehensive reports to support credit and collections management, contributing to organizational success. You will report to the Credit Manager.

• You will handle Credit Analysis- Perform credit checks, including compiling customer credit information and determining credit capacity.
• You will analyze and interpret credit information.
• You will establish and maintain accounts for customer in SAP.
• You will determine action to be taken in collection of past due customer and initiate timely collection activities via phone calls and/or collection letters.
• You will release \xe2\x80\x9chold\xe2\x80\x9d orders in accordance with the customer\'s account status.
• You will maintain documents relevant to credit and liens to ensure full payment, including letters of credit, lien releases, progress payment billing, and retentions.
• You will investigate discrepancies with customers and coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, parts, service, marketing) to resolve disputes.
• You will prepare reports, figures, and charts showing credit, collections data and status of accounts.
• You will assist Credit Manager in report preparation and special projects as assigned.

To succeed, you need

• You have an Associate\'s Degree in business or equivalent experience - 5 years experience in a Credit/Collection position with a manufacturing firm.
• You have customer service experience.
• You have a high level of professional verbal and written communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

You will be onsite and report into our Bay Minette, Alabama location. #LI-Onsite
