ABOUT THE GIG:

• Oversee workflow (and associated processes) of Creative Department.
• Partner with Creative leadership to ensure appropriate team members(s) are being assigned to incoming jobs.
• Participate in creative talent reviews, when requested, to ensure right mix of talent for ever-evolving client needs.
• Work with Account, Project Management and Creative leads, to evaluate and make recommendations on creative process/workflow.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on full and part time creative recruitment needs.
• Manage Creative Freelance personnel and recruitment efforts, utilizing a combination of internal and outsourced resources.
• Act as mentor to departmental employees by providing developmental opportunities, responding to questions, and providing direction on career goals and growth.
• Work closely with agency PR & social team to keep new work and agency culture in the news
• Manage Building Esthetic Team to display current creative work throughout agency.
• Seek out and propose Creative Leadership for industry award show juries, speaking engagements, and recruiting events.
• Oversee Intern Program, and participate in Intern Advisory Board.
• Oversee creative orientations and on-boarding for new hires.
• Manage departmental budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency.
• Manage CCO\xe2\x80\x99s meeting calendar, ensuring meetings are scheduled/re-scheduled as needed

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 creative management experience
