Pryes Brewing Company is hiring a sales representative to join our team. Experience is not necessary but is preferred. Starting at $50,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
adhere to Pryes Brewing Company's core values of professionalism, quality, and best in MN craft
develop and maintain strategic partnerships with up to 100 on-premise accounts in an assigned territory
obtain orders from accounts
plan and execute promotions
ensuring that the brewery's quality standards are clearly understood by retailers
use technology to manage routes and obtain orders (Encompass) and to communicate internally and with customers (Slack/Gmail).
reviewing data to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights
demonstrate knowledge in overseeing and managing a personal and professional calendar, with particular attention to balancing multiple deadlines at any given time
attend all team meetings as requested, including weekly sales team meetings
assume additional duties as may be necessary
work and communicate effectively with other departments (creative, distribution, finance and admin)
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
2 yrs consumable product or craft beer sales experience in a similarly sized, growth company, preferred
attention to detail and quality in products, customer experience, and job performance
professionalism as defined by the ability to make deliberate, intentional decisions, and a desire to grow your competence and skills
a combination of creativity, exceptional execution, and personal character to set the standard of what the MN craft beer experience should be
flexibility to work additional hours and days that deviate from regular work schedules
