What will you do
The Coupon Coordinator is responsible for supporting consumer promotion team, oversees the coupon barcode execution from start to finish and is the point of contact for all inquiries for coupon barcodes.


Key Responsibilities

• In-House Coupon Expert

• Point of Contact for Finance and Coupon Agency/Vendors

• Attend meetings, provide updates, reports, etc.

• Monitor Coupon Database

• Manage/Update Coupon Family Codes

• Monitor Coupon Redemption Trends for fraud, etc.

• Coupon Market Place Expert-reviews all industry trends

• Coupon Barcode Execution-Start to Finish

• Create new coupon bar codes

• Pull Coupon Redemption Reports to share with Stakeholders

• Lead Category/Brand Redemption Reporting Share Out (trends, learnings)

• Consumer Promotion Contract Review Expert

• Reviews for Accuracy and send for approval

• Part of reviews for accuracy

• Helps manage Consumer Promotion Calendar

• Competitive Landscape

• Gather Competitive Consumer Promotion trends and share out with Sr Manager

Qualifications


What we are looking for Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years work experience
• Detailed orientated.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data, including various performance metrics
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and to successfully handle multiple projects/initiatives preferred
