Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently
Handle cash transactions accurately
Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers or new products
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables and food handling station
Assist in food preparation tasks in the kitchen or cafe area as needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods
Experience
Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
