Shift Details: 4 shifts per week scheduled between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Requires one weekend shift per week.

Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut\'s leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offers a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Creative Rehabilitation Services, gathers client data as it relates to creative therapy planning and assessment services. Plans, organizes and implements rehabilitation groups for all inpatients and/or partial hospitalization programs. Participates in multi-disciplinary team and completes required documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in planning, organizing, and implementing treatment activitiesand clinical rehabilitation groups with children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric issues, preferably in an inpatient and/or residential setting.
• Associate\'s degree and Connecticut COTA eligible
• Valid Drivers License
• Computer proficiency and keyboard skills required.
