We are seeking a licensed Cosmetologist who is passionate about holistic beauty, wellness, and creating memorable experiences. This role includes performing Aveda Hair Baths, manicures, pedicures, haircuts, color, extensions, and wig fittings in a team-centered, supportive spa environment.

Responsibilities

Hair & Scalp Care

Perform luxurious Aveda Hair Bath rituals with full scalp massage, customized product application, and professional blowouts.

Provide professional haircuts, trims, and styling for all hair types and textures.

Deliver color services including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and root touch-ups (training provided if needed).

Apply and maintain hair extensions and assist clients with wig fittings and styling in a confidential and compassionate manner.

Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care with Aveda product recommendations for home use.

Nail Care

Perform professional manicures and pedicures, focusing on both relaxation and precision.

Utilize luxury polish lines and maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety.

Educate clients on nail health and aftercare for long-lasting results.

Client Experience & Spa Culture

Deliver a consistent, luxury guest experience aligned with The Haven's standards of excellence.

Build loyal relationships through genuine care, professional communication, and client education.

Collaborate with fellow providers and spa attendants to create a positive, supportive team environment.

Participate in team trainings, spa meetings, and continuing education opportunities provided by The Haven.

Qualifications

Active North Dakota Cosmetology License (required).

Strong skills in manicure/pedicure services and Aveda hair care (training provided).

Experience with color services, extensions, or wigs is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling within spa business hours:

Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $60.00 per hour
