We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Recruiter to oversee the entire hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to finalizing successful hires. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in creating and promoting advertisements, conducting interviews and exploring new channels for sourcing potential candidates.
Role and Responsibilities
Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards.
Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person.
Create job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources.
Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates for various positions within the organization.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews as needed.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to meet overall recruiting goals for future growth.
Conduct frequent and consistent follow-ups with Hiring Managers.

Qualifications and Requirements
Two years of significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.
A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person.
Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
Availability to travel within the United States to attend job fairs and networking events.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, challenging environment with strict deadlines.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel knowledge required.
Initiative-taking.
Meticulous.
Must be a collaborator but able to work well independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
