Job Description

We are looking for an experienced brand copywriter to shape the customer experience through inspiring storytelling across channels. This role is equal parts storyteller, editor, and brand guardian. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand copy across every customer touchpoint while overseeing and guiding freelance writers to ensure consistency, quality, and clarity at scale. You'll report to the VP of Brand Creative and work closely with the Marketing, Buying, and Merchandising teams to help craft the customer experience. In this role, you will have a high level of ownership and creative influence over Lulu and Georgia's brand voice and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable switching between high level messaging and detail oriented tasks.

Responsibilities:

Write and/or edit for all channels according to brand guidelines. Channels include brand campaigns, marketing materials, website copy, product descriptions, and internal materials Manage the workflow of copywriting for product naming and product descriptions Manage any freelance writers - assign tasks, determine deadlines, and edit their work Partner with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute cohesive campaigns. Stay informed of company goals to effectively communicate Translate creative strategy and brand positioning into clear, compelling copy Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail Serve as a "Brand Vigilante" to ensure any published (existing or new) meets brand standards and aligns with the brand voice

Requirements:

4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within lifestyle, home decor, fashion, or consumer brands Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and multi-channel copy Experience working with creative teams in a fast-paced environment Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Passion for interiors, design, and crafting inspiring stories * Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
