Wild Card Creative Group and 3AM Wild Card Creative Group is a Worldbuilding Agency. We are a collective of three (3) divisions focused on ONE mission: the advancement of storytelling

  • 3AM is our content innovation studio. We use insights to identify an audience & how to immerse them into a world, then turn stories into participation-first content and experiences (social campaigns, original content, experiential, etc.)
  • Wild Card Editorial & Skip Films create the opening line (trailer, a/v assets), the moment that invites the audience into the story.
Purpose 3AM is looking for a builder to join our creative team. A wordsmith who puts ideas first, cares about craft, and can create worlds for brands beyond the expected. A fearless disruptor, always looking for new and exciting ways to engage audiences. A creator with the ability to concept and execute innovative ideas for existing accounts and new business pitches. A strong collaborator that can not only work alongside an art director partner, but also reach across departments to consistently deliver high-quality work. This role will focus largely on the development and execution of social media campaigns for a Top 5 beer brand with opportunities to support entertainment accounts. Job Responsibilities
  • Concept and execute worldbuilding concepts across traditional advertising, branding, social media, PR, experiential, digital, extended content and more
  • Consistently bring ideas that amaze and inspire our clients and our team
  • Establish the campaign narratives for all campaigns, branding assignments, content and more
  • Determine brand\'s voice and tone for social and other campaign work
  • Work across departments to brilliantly bring ideas to life
  • Be a leader regardless of title

  • Properly manage assigned in-house campaigns and new business pitches, including concepts, and deck completion
  • Be able to confidently pitch to sell through your ideas

Required Skills
  • 2-3 years\' experience in advertising, social or digital marketing
  • Bilingual in Spanish - proficient in verbal and written communication required
  • Must have prior Social Brand Campaign experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to establish visual narratives
  • Ability to establish various tones based on project need
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Significant background in writing for digital, traditional, social marketing
  • A passion for sports, culture, music, film, art, and entertainment
  • Proficient in G Suite
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, problem-solver
  • Ability to provide and receive feedback
  • Short-form content writing, social activation experience or community management experience is a plus
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) strongly preferred

Portfolio required for consideration.
Pay Range
$90,000\xe2\x80\x94$100,000 USD
