Works closely with the Assistant Director on course planning; maintains a detailed multi-year course schedule to ensure students can complete their requirements.
Coordinates and communicates important deadlines, helping students and faculty to navigate multiple academic calendars, policies and platforms.
Maintains confidential academic records, uploads data into student information systems and uses reporting tools to ensure accuracy.
Provides front-line tech support to faculty and students.
Assists with logistics related to dissertation defenses including scheduling, communications and reporting.
Assists with all university-wide commencement preparations and day-of activities.
Supports co-curriculum events, including scheduling and planning.
Supports financial processes for student research and travel fellowships.
Joins the team in supporting all hands-on deck activities such as, admit day, orientation, social events, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
