The Role?

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the OUAI team! This role will report to the Manager , Digital Marketing & Retention. This position will be critical in supporting the Digital team. Come join the digital team to help us grow, test and analyze our key marketing channels and ways to improve our DTC and retail experience.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

  • The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist, support and coordinate with the Digital Marketing team on paid media channels including paid search, paid social, email/SMS, and affiliate marketing.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the digital marketing calendar and other cross-departmental calendars
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, content & creative teams to coordinate content requests and delivery for all digital platforms
  • Manage digital advertising uploads for key platforms like Google, Meta, Rakuten, and TikTok and assist with platforms updates in accordance with the digital strategy
  • Assist with the research and distribution of SEO keywords to help with the organic and paid traffic initiatives of the DTC and retailers
  • Manage the execution of the monthly expense reports
  • Track, analyze, and report on paid advertising campaigns including performance data and creative insights
Requirements

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:
  • \xe2\x80\x9cWe ask questions to find the best answers\xe2\x80\x9d. This reflects a deep commitment to curiosity, learning, and improvement.
  • 1+ years in a support-level role within digital marketing
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or related field
  • We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices and KPIs are a plus
  • Experience with a project management tool (Asana preferred)
