The Opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University is looking for a Cooperative Education Manager to assist multiple programs across all schools on its University College campus located in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Studio model at SNHU uses a project-based learning approach to provide students with an authentic development environment, where they learn while delivering projects to clients. You will work with our faculty to maintain internal and external client relationships, locate and develop project opportunities, coordinate communications, conduct community outreach, and plan event management. We are looking for candidates who are as passionate as we are to be involved in a project-based approach. You will have a working knowledge of the professional practices involved in business development, and a collaborative mindset. This position is located onsite and reports to the VP of Academic Affairs.

In this Role You\'ll Get To:

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients, to identify potential projects, internship opportunities for students, and career pathways
  • Coordinate communications with clients, faculty, and other partners
  • Assist SNHU\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing team in developing marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and promote a variety of programs across SNHU, Manchester, and the broader Southern New Hampshire community through presentations, talks, and other outreach and recruiting events, and build connections with the local community
  • Coordinate opportunities for students to receive industry mentorship, such as project reviews, and consultation
  • Lead planning at several industry events
  • Attend industry-related conferences and events to promote the studios to a variety of audiences (students, partners, hiring professionals)
What we\'re Looking For:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, and 3+ years of related prior work experience
  • Experience developing statements of work, cost estimates, and other contractual documentation for clients
  • Experience building, tracking, and maintaining complex schedules
  • Knowledge of software development, project management, and production processes
  • Experience maintaining priorities in an energized, and changing environment
  • Experience managing a content pipeline and ability to facilitate workflow and estimate production costs and timelines
  • Experience with games and interactive simulations
  • Experience with client relations required
