Job Description

The role of the Integrated Supply-Chain (ISC) Digital Analyst Co-Op is to enable the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Supply Chain by leveraging ERP Systems and Data Management Workflows to standardize data in support of our Global Supply-Chain Planning & Analytics Systems that support Supply Chain\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a strong bias for action with a demonstrated ability to mine, refine, and utilize complex data sets
• Design and perform process workflows that ensure large-scale data cleansing and standardization projects are completed successfully.
• Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that drive improvement in key performance metrics: fill rate, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Supply Chain colleagues and external consulting teams to collect, test, and validate the data required to successfully launch Blue Yonder\xe2\x80\x99s Supply, Demand, and Inventory Optimization modules.
• Support the process workflows and development of Excel templates that Meritor\xe2\x80\x99s manufacturing sites utilize to align Corporate and site-level demand, inventory, and supply forecasts (e.g., Red Zone)
• Support the development, launch, and ongoing maintenance of Global Supply Chain\xe2\x80\x99s inventory forecasting and Excess and Obsolete (E&O) continuous improvement initiatives by extracting and analyzing metadata for corporate support functions and running cyclical reporting for Finance and Treasury teams
• Support other continuous improvement initiatives/projects

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze large, complex data sets through the utilization of analytics tools (Excel, Access, VBA, SAS, R, Tableau, or Qlik)
• Ability to collect and transform data to into insights and actions
• Demonstrated capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with supply and demand planning, heavy manufacturing, and end-to-end supply chain processes
