Job Description

Meritor Inc.\'s procurement co-op program is designed for top notch students pursuing an Undergraduate or Master\'s degree in a
Supply Chain related field or Instructional Design. This position is responsible for converting existing Meritor training materials into a consistent media format using Articulate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cross functional user engagement with Meritor Supply Chain, Information Systems & Meritor Key users.
• Analyze and offer recommendations to improve the use and execution of training materials
• Assist management in identifying weaknesses and recommend solutions
• Determine tasks for implementation of training materials
• Responsible for running KPI dashboards
• Create, update, modify training documentation as required
• Covert existing training material using Articulate software application
• Load completed and approved training to Bullpen LMS for user access
• Review and assist in analysis and use cases with software suites i.e. Blue Yonder for purposes of experience and knowledge/training purposes

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing 4 year degree in Instructional Systems Design, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Strong teamwork and ability to interact effectively with people of varying technical or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Previous internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience in design and implementation of Education materials
