This position is eligible for remote work. This role will have occasional on site expectations.

Sells components of the Co-Op Advertising program to assigned partners/vendors according to individual and team sales goals. Sells directly to business purchaser or through various sales channels. Evaluates partners needs and suggests appropriate, products, services and/or services. Identifies and contacts prospective partners and builds relationships to generate sales and repeat business. Develops presentations and proposals to achieve sales targets.

  • Advises partners how to use advertising funds effectively and generates additional revenue through current and new partner/vendor opportunities.
  • Manages all sales accounts, invoicing, and reporting metrics.
  • Negotiates contracts/agreements with their clients.
  • Develops short-term and long-term plans to achieve team sales goals and objectives.
  • Pursues new sales/partnerships by collaborating with Partner and Category Management team in addition to partner vendors. Collaborates with Partner and Category Management teams to coordinate opportunities for new business and expand business with existing partners. Interacts with other departments and high-level executives to develop new business opportunities.
  • Directly handles complaints and disputes from clients and negotiates solutions to resolves/reconcile those situations thus preserving business relationships.
  • Prepares media plans, identifies, and promotes appropriate media advertising through inhouse mediums and through other media, including print, display ads or other commercial media.
  • Identifies and locates new sales and co-op opportunities for all product categories. Sets and monitors advertising criteria for compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s partner guidelines and requirements.
  • Develops and manages sweepstakes, rebates and other promotions designed to generate/increase sales.
  • Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Three years of sales/account management experience with knowledge of online marketing/sponsored product procedures including ACOS, CPC, CPA and CPM metrics is required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals. Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills and be able to professionally interact with partners/vendors from all organization levels. Must have excellent time management and decision-making skills and be able to prioritize and organize tasks and projects. Must be flexible and able to adapt to new ideas and procedures. Must have proven ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems. Must be able to pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and works effectively and collaboratively across various departments to meet goals and deadlines. Must have highly developed and creative problem-solving skills.

Base Pay Range:

$50,000/yr + commission

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
