Job Description

The Recruiter will assist in managing all aspects of the recruiting process for The HR Dept's clients, as well as assisting on other client projects as needed. In addition, this role may assist in new client acquisition. This will begin as a Part-Time position, with the potential for the right person to move into Full-Time as we grow.




Recruiter Responsibilities


Create and maintain job postings on various job boards Conduct phone screenings with applicants Call and conduct reference checks Communicate with clients, including weekly updates Provide weekly updates to the CEO Log all recruiting activity for tracking Communicate updates and other necessary information to applicants Create and edit documents as needed for client projects

Qualifications include:


High School Diploma or GED (required) 2-3 years recruiting experience Driven and self-managed
Reliable, trustworthy, and coachable

Knowledge/Skills:


Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus Familiarity with job boards as an employer, especially Indeed Experience with Google Drive, DropBox

This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling.



Approximately 20 hours/week
