Job Description
We are a small Oil Company seeking contract pumper for the Hobbs / Carlsbad, New Mexico area.
Approximately 4 stripper leases including 2 SWD wells.
As a contract pumper, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our oil production facility. Your key tasks may include monitoring equipment performance, optimizing production levels, conducting routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, documenting production data accurately, and reporting any operational issues promptly. Knowledge of maintenance of SWD pumps is a must. You will need strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintain efficient operations. Must be self motivated, organized and conscientious. Upholding environmental integrity, adhering to company policies, and communicating effectively with team members are essential for success in this role.
