Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Contents/Moving Manager to oversee the efficient relocation and restoration of client properties. This role involves managing moving operations, coordinating restoration projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess industry-specific skills such as fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and proficiency with various tools and cleaning techniques. Duties

Oversee the packing, moving, and unpacking of contents for residential clients during restoration projects Coordinate with team members to ensure safe handling of items Supervise the use of cleaning supplies and specialized equipment to restore properties to their pre-loss condition Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment during all operations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used throughout each project Assist in training new team members on restoration procedures and safety protocols

Requirements

Knowledge of cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning and general property sanitation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating team efforts and interacting with clients Ability to lift heavy items safely and work in physically demanding environments Prior experience in the restoration industry or construction is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates
This role is vital in delivering exceptional service during property restorations while ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
