How we LEAD:

Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Worship Together and CCMG Publishing marketing efforts by supporting the development of creative assets and content that expand the reach and influence of our worship songs, writers, artists, and strategic partners.

Worship Together is a global hub for worship songs and a conduit that connects those who create and carry them. We serve creatives and leaders that serve the church by working collaboratively, developing ministry-minded strategies, creating compelling content, and championing diversity both culturally and stylistically.

How you\'ll CREATE:

• 
  Work with Manager, Digital Marketing and Content to create best-in-class design, branding, and video content
• 
  Provide production management for video shoots and live events - including coordinating technical logistics, gear prep/transport and hiring contractors
• 
  Managing the production of multiple video projects at a time to be leveraged for marketing, live events and social media
• 
  Creating and working with external video editors and producers to ensure on-time delivery of video content
• 
  Coordinate the delivery of video and graphic assets needed for weekly song promotions and label releases
• 
  Work with internal and external designers to develop cohesive branding for all marketing channels and platforms
• 
  Manage back-up and delivery of raw footage and archival of all creative assets
• 
  Provide basic video editing and graphic design for priorities and projects with tight time-lines as needed
• 
  Serve as camera operator for acoustic performances, song stories, interviews, live performances, liners and other video content as needed
• 
  Support the development and execution of song marketing plans for CCMG Label Group artist releases that collaboratively support the overall vision and strategy of the company.
• 
  Provide on-going support to Worship Together team and CCMG Publishing leadership to champion priorities, major initiatives and all requests to connect songs & consumers.

Skills/Abilities:

• 
  Microsoft Office Suite
• 
  Tech savvy and proficient in Mac OSX.
• 
  Working knowledge and expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and Adobe AfterEffects (a plus)
• 
  Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• 
  Knowledge of audio recording/editing software a plus
• 
  Detail oriented, self-starter, takes initiative.
• 
  Positive attitude and team player with high attention to detail.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to issues promptly.
• 
  Accustomed to meeting deadlines
• 
  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Education & Experience:

• 
  Familiarity with the Christian music industry
• 
  Bachelor degree preferred OR 2-Year Associates Degree in Accredited Video Production/Design School or Technical College
• 
  1-2 years of experience as a Production Assistant, Video Editor, or Graphic Designer.
