We're looking for a Full-Time Content Creator who lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and performance. This role is responsible for capturing, creating, editing, and publishing content that feels current, relevant, and unmistakably FNS--while driving engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

This role is hands-on, creative, and embedded in our day-to-day culture. You will work closely with leadership and coaches to capture the energy, expertise, and community that define FNS. You'll be on the floor, in the moments, behind the scenes, and in the energy--turning everyday training, events, and community interactions into content that connects and converts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands our culture and community, social media trends, storytelling, and brand consistency--and knows how to move fast without losing quality.

Responsibilities

Film daily short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) during classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments Capture authentic moments: coaching cues, athlete wins, community energy, recovery, lifestyle, and culture Direct and guide coaches and athletes during filming to ensure confident, natural on-camera presence Ensure content feels organic, human, and high-energy--never forced or overly scripted Edit high-performing short-form video content optimized for IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Add captions, hooks, trending audio, and on-screen text that match FNS brand tone Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, sounds, and platform shifts Identify what trends make sense for FNS's audience and adapt them in a way that feels premium and authentic Maintain FNS brand voice across all content: motivating, approachable, confident, community-driven Ensure visuals, messaging, and captions align with FNS values Collaborate with leadership to align content with campaigns, launches, events, and promotions Work closely with coaches, operations, and leadership to plan weekly and monthly content Support event coverage ( Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas that support growth, retention, and community engagement Track performance and engagement metrics to refine content strategy

Compensation + Growth Opportunities

Starting Salary $50,000 annually with potential for growth

Consistent, high-quality content posted weekly that reflects the real FNS experience Strong engagement metrics (saves, shares, comments) - not just views Content that attracts aligned members who understand FNS before they walk in Coaches and athletes feeling confident and excited to be part of content FNS becoming instantly recognizable in the Silicon Valley fitness space Consistent content output and quality Strong engagement metrics (saves, shares, comments) Ability to independently ideate and execute content Positive impact on brand awareness and inbound leads Leadership in content strategy and creative direction

Qualifications

1-3+ years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends, SEO Proficiency in mobile and/or desktop editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe, etc.) Comfortable filming in fast-paced, live environments Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail Bonus: Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, or lifestyle brands
