We're looking for a
Junior Social Media Manager / Content Creator
who lives and breathes social. Someone who can turn everyday moments into shareable stories, spot trends before they go viral, and help brands connect authentically with their audiences.
If you're creative, curious, and can't scroll without thinking "that would make a great post" -- we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
Manage and create content for multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form videos, stories, and posts that feel native to each platform.
Monitor trends and adapt them to fit brand voices and campaigns.
Write copy that sounds human, engaging, and true to each brand's personality.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop and execute campaign ideas.
Track performance and help identify insights that can make our next post even stronger.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency, brand, or freelance).
You're fluent in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and the language of internet culture.
Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills -- both visual and written.
Basic video editing (CapCut, Reels editor, Premiere, etc.) and design sense (Canva or Adobe Suite).
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
A team player who's proactive, adaptable, and brings good vibes to brainstorms.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.
