Role Overview

We are seeking a self-driven Content Creator to live and create inside a curated creator house in Arizona. This is a performance-based, high-output environment designed for creators who move fast, execute independently, and thrive around other ambitious builders.

This role is ideal for someone who treats content creation as a serious career path and wants to accelerate growth through proximity, collaboration, and daily execution.

This is not a traditional influencer house or casual living arrangement. It is a structured, creator-first environment built around consistency, momentum, and contribution.

Responsibilities

Create and publish consistent content across your primary platforms Participate in collaborative filming, content days, and creative sessions Maintain a high level of personal output without micromanagement Contribute positively to a focused, professional creator environment Respect shared space, schedules, and creative workflows Show up on time, prepared, and ready to execute
Creators maintain ownership of their own content and brands.

Requirements

Active content creator with a demonstrated posting history Strong work ethic and ability to execute independently Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Ability to give and receive feedback professionally Willingness to live on-site for the duration of the role Reliable, organized, and respectful of structure
Follower count is not the primary factor -- consistency, pace, and mindset matter most.

Experience collaborating with other creators Daily or near-daily posting habits Entrepreneurial mindset or brand-building focus Comfort with filming, ideation, and iteration at speed
