We are seeking a gifted and experienced (5 year minimum) Worship Leader that plays either guitar or keys to join our contracting team
. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading the music and worship team, on weeks they are scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct music rehearsals and worship services. Must lead from guitar or keys.
- Select appropriate music for services in collaboration with the pastor
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive worship experience
- Coordinate with sound and media teams for seamless execution of services
Experience:
- 5 Years minimum experience leading worship from guitar or keys (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Worship Leader leading teams
- Proficiency in playing guitar or keys while leading worship
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
- Ability to mentor and develop musicians and vocalists
- Excellent communication skills to convey the message of worship effectively
