Red Dirt Construction is a White Mountain AZ based construction company that primarily focuses on roofing with some additional ground up and remodel projects. We are based in Eagar but complete jobs in the White Mountains, Gallup NM and surrounding areas, and even the East Phoenix areas. We are privately owned and operated with an open mindset on growth and new opportunities! We do a lot of roofing for residential and small commercial projects We do retail and insurance work

Superintendent Responsibilities:

Interpret plans and specifications Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries Schedule inspections and ensure permit compliance Maintain project schedules and safety program Oversee all subcontractors and communications with them Meet or exceed client expectations Be a problem solver and create happy customers

Superintendent requirements:

Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven Experience with ground up construction and roofing preferred Ability to perform building layouts and supervise work Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications Experience with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers Self-motivated and willing to travel (short-term travel only) Ability to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges Effective in written and verbal communication skills Ability to use app-based software on phone or tablet

Pay: $63,499.14 - $81,697.89 per year
