Mills Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced
Construction Project Manager / Estimator

What You'll Do
Lead projects from
estimating through final closeout
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates and takeoffs
Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking
Coordinate with superintendents on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
Oversee project documentation including RFIs, RFP's, AI's, CO's submittals, invoices, lien releases, and App for payments
Lead project meetings and keep teams aligned and moving forward
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or related field)
3-5+ years
of experience managing and estimating
commercial vertical construction projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and estimating/project management software
(Currently using Sage Estimating; transitioning to Trimble which uses Spectrum for accounting and ProjectSight for project management.) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
