As a Construction Superintendent in Las Vegas, NV, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Your leadership will guide teams through the complexities of construction management, while your expertise in project scheduling and quality control will ensure that we meet our high standards. You'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, collaborating with various stakeholders and managing resources effectively.

What you'll do

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to keep timelines on track. Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. Review contracts and manage budgets to maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for effective communication and documentation management. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with schematics and blueprints. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that arise on-site. Implement construction estimating techniques to forecast project costs accurately.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction site management with a strong understanding of construction processes. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards in the construction industry.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and HeavyBid for budgeting purposes. Background in supervising teams within a construction environment, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and conducting quality control assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
