General Laborers for Construction Site Operations Work for a premier construction company in beautiful Delaware! Entry level site worker positions are available, with great pay at $20/hour and opportunity for advancement! Construction workers with exceptional experience are also invited to apply, with pay rate adjustments based on the level and number of years of experience. Site Construction Laborers are responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to heavy site work including:
- Installation of drainage, water and/or sewer pipelines and culverts, as well as erecting and removing shoring and bracing for excavations
- Digging trenches and similar excavations, refills excavations, spreads and levels to grade dirt, gravel and other materials using pick and shovel
- Set and repair curbing, patch broken or eroded pavement and maintain roadways and sidewalks.
- Landscape construction and installation
- Use of small mechanical construction equipment and gas-powered hand tools for various site duties.
- Worksite utility work and maintenance, as needed.
- Earn $20/hour straight time and $30/hour overtime as a site worker.
- 40+ hours / week, with a good opportunity for overtime with weekly pay.

- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be at least 21 years old
