Construction Site Laborer

Job Description
We are a fast-paced new home builder seeking a motivated Site Laborer to join our team. While this is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided, we are looking for individuals who take initiative and pride in their work. This is a hands-on role with potential for career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain safety and cleanliness of construction sites (debris removal, sweeping streets, site cleanup). Assist with "punch out" lists. Support various trade teams with general labor tasks. Travel between multiple subdivisions within the Bend area as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor. Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to multiple local job sites. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to problem-solve on the fly are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in framing or rough carpentry is highly preferred. Previous experience in residential construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule
:8-hour shifts Weekend availability required
