Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site to ensure smooth workflow. Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, and preparing work areas. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, securing tools, and adhering to safety protocols. Help with site setup and breakdown, including moving equipment and setting up safety barriers. Follow instructions from supervisors carefully to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Conduct basic site inspections to identify potential hazards or issues that need attention. Support in maintaining inventory of supplies and tools needed for daily operations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.

Experience

Some experience in construction preferred (drywall, framing, trim, demo, etc.) Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality. Good communication skills and ability to follow directions clearly. Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites is a plus but not mandatory.
