About the Role
This position focuses on estimating, selling, and managing fencing and/or asphalt paving projects. Candidates will work in the field and office to measure, prepare proposals, manage client interactions, and support handoff to production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Building relationships with local GC's (cold calling, networking, other outreach etc..)
Interpret blueprints and construction documents
Use Bluebeam or similar software for takeoffs and plan markup
Prepare and present accurate proposals to clients
Manage 3-5 active projects concurrently
Participate in approximately 900 job bids annually with a 30% close rate
Qualifications
Required:
2-3 years of experience in GG Sales, or asphalt, concrete, fence sales required
project management or estimating (general contractor experience preferred) experience a plus
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
Strong project management and organizational skills
Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record
Tools & Software
Bluebeam or equivalent for project estimating and documentation
