Mechanical Construction Manager needed at leading company located near Martinsburg, WV. You will be responsible to perform the detailed planning and scheduling of self-performed mechanical construction work. REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have industrial construction management and planning experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, MS Project, etc.
- Experience in plant maintenance and project work within a manufacturing environment
- B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with installation of process & packing equipment and piping
- Understanding of Lean Construction Principles
- OSHA 30 Training

salary: $80,000 - 105,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Perform the detailed planning and scheduling of self-performed construction work
- Prepare bid packages for subcontract work
- Ensure work is executed in line with safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets, as well as corporate and client expectations
- Review and input to design packages for constructability and completeness
- Develop labor and material estimates, material takeoffs and enter requisitions
- Manage cost on projects, track cost of changes and keep client abreast of forecast.
