is hiring a motivatedProject Manager
to oversee residential remodeling projects from estimate through completion. This role is for candidates with astrong, hands-on understanding of residential construction
who can confidently sell and manage projects, communicate with customers and trades, and keep jobs moving.Compensation
This position is
Base + Commission
structure Base salary is paid weekly Commission is paid weekly, and earned based on profitability of projects managed Tiered commission structure with strong earning potentialResponsibilities
Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates Manage residential construction projects from start to finish Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Coordinate materials, permits, inspections, and craftsmen Conduct site visits to ensure quality, scope, and progress Manage change orders and final walkthroughs Maintain consistent customer communication and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of residential construction is required Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or project management Ability to read and understand scopes, materials, and job sequencing Ability to manage multiple active projects at once Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening
