Responsibilities

Lead the planning, permitting, budgeting, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using construction management software to track progress and milestones. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and resolve issues promptly. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements. Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor their performance throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and costs; present updates to stakeholders regularly. Ensure all project activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Skills

Extensive experience with project coordination in residential or commercial construction environments. Strong knowledge of project scheduling software; ability to develop realistic timelines. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding technical drawings a plus. Familiarity with contract administration processes including drafting, reviewing. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Experience using construction management software a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and design documents accurately. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams at all levels of the project hierarchy. Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
