Job Title: Construction Litigation Attorney
:
The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in construction litigation and other legal proceedings. This role involves providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research to support litigation proceedings 3+ years' of experience in Construction Law Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions Manage a caseload from inception to completion Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Must be organized and a self starter Stay current on developments in the law Must have a Florida License and be in good standing in good standing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
