Your Role with TK Property Services

As we enter this new phase of growth, you'll make things happen on the job site. You'll take a central role in project execution by transforming plans into tangible results, providing guidance to your crew, and continuously building your own skills along the way with a company that's growing with you.

What You'll Get to Do

Support, mentor, and lead a motivated crew focused on continuous improvement and effective project completion. Direct successful projects by ensuring your team has the necessary resources and is aligned on deliverables With new equipment and modern tech, deliver high-quality, design-accurate work Lead by example and prioritize safety on each job site among crew members Work alongside a highly skilled team committed to helping you succeed and helping to set up green crew members for success!

Experience You Bring

5+ years of experience in heavy civil, preferably commercial site work, excavation, or underground utilities 2+ years as a Foreman You turn man-hours into measurable progress, avoid wasting labor on the wrong tasks, and know when to push harder or when it's time to take a step back and regroup You know your way around drawings, equipment, and GPS You prioritize culture over ego and are willing to teach and work alongside the crew to earn their respect. Through hands-on experience in the field, you have developed a deep understanding of the significance and challenges associated with each role.
