We're looking for a

detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator

to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on turning blueprints into reality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.) Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success

What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience in single-family, multi-family or commercial construction estimating Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs Familiarity with Planswift, Timberline, Bluebeam or Excel for estimating Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Hourly Pay Range:

$25-35/hr dependent on experience

Bonus/Incentive Pay:

Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
