Estimator

to join our growing team. In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to estimate costs for earthwork and utilitiesensuring precision.

Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil projects, including earthworks, storm drainage, utilities, and site preparation. Utilize estimating software such as INSITE or similar take-off tools Conduct detailed project analysis, including site visits, to ensure accurate estimates Organize and manage all bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Assist with the preparation of project schedules and budgets to support competitive bidding.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum 2 years of experience Excellent computer skills and extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project Effective analytical, communicating, writing and organizational skills. Be a proactive, organized, self-starter and be able to manage workload and priorities Valid Driver's License, medical card, acceptable driving record to drive company vehicles.
