Job Summary:

The Construction Crew Member is responsible for assisting with a wide range of tasks on construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor. This role supports skilled tradespeople and supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor on construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and cleaning work areas. Assist in the setup and takedown of equipment, tools, and temporary structures. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with team members to complete assigned tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Support skilled workers (carpenters, roofers, siding installers, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Work Environment:

This position requires outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions. Crew members must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$16-$23 per hour based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
