Job Overview

We are seeking a consistent Constuction Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience and can also speak basic english. They will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various stages of construction clean-up, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a safe and final product for our clients. Must be able to pass a background check!

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
