Job Description
Eastern States Construction Service, a leading Heavy/Highway and Site Development Construction Company with job sites throughout the State of Delaware, is currently seeking dependable and eager to learn hard working Apprentices to join our highly skilled and talented Construction team. We currently offer apprenticeship opportunities in the following trades: Laborer, Heavy Equipment Operator, and Carpenter The Apprenticeship program is a great opportunity to earn while learn. Apprentices will participate in evening vocational classes and receive hands paid training during the day. In addition to competitive wages and benefits, there is bonus potential for registered apprentices. To be successful you must:
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Be Attentive, alert and observant
- Ability to comprehend and carry out instruction
- Valid driver s license
- Must enroll and participate in Delaware Registered Construction Apprenticeship Program for specific trade.
- Able to pass Drug Screening and Background Check
